How it works

   Connect your calendars

   iCloud over CalDAV or any published calendar by its link (.ics). Their events make you busy automatically.

2. 2

   Say when you can be booked

   Availability windows per weekday, exceptions for specific dates, meeting length, breaks between meetings and the earliest possible time.

3. 3

   Send people the link

   They pick a meeting type and a time from the calendar, you get an e-mail and the meeting lands in your calendar.

What WhenFree does

• Several calendars at once Work, personal, shared — for each one you decide whether it makes you busy and whether bookings may be written into it.
• Time zones without thinking Visitors see times in their zone, you in yours. Daylight saving changes do not break anything.
• Breaks and notice A buffer before and after a meeting, minimum notice and how far ahead people may book.
• Confirmation with an invite The visitor gets an e-mail with an .ics attachment, you get a notification — each in their own language.
• One-click cancellation The link in the e-mail cancels the meeting, frees the slot and removes the event from your calendar.
• Czech, English, German The whole app and every e-mail. Visitors read in their language, you in yours.
